I do job in shifts; there is no working in night shifts usually, so we get sleep for some time. I want to ask that if we get ihtilam (semen discharged) in that time, we can take bath in office but cannot change cloths in office. So in that case can we offer salah (usually Fajr time), with those clothes?

Yes, if there is no impurity smeared in those clothes or it is washed out then you may offer salah in those clothes. It is lawful without any doubt.
