If a legal notice of divorce is sent to wife at her home (maike), 1 talaq is completed or 3. Is it mandatory to give maintenance money every month to divorced wife? If she claims maintenance money through court, what I am supposed to do?

In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

The answer to your question is as follows:

If the court sends a notice on behalf of husband, the talaq will take place as per the wordings of the notice. Wife will observe iddah of three menstruations and the husband will have to pay maintenance of the iddah period.
