In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

The answer to your question is as follows:

A woman, who is a patient of leucorrhea, must do wudhu and perform namaz whenever she finds white spots. But if a woman was in normal condition and one-day she woke up and found white spots, then it is considered “mani” and she must do ghusl to perform namaz though it was without lust.
