If i am praying Zohr and my Iman is praying Kasr Zohr then what we should do ( i am not in safr)?

In the name of Allah the most gracious the most merciful

The answer to your question is as follows:

You have to follow your Imam in two Rakats. When your Imam turns salam, you should stand up without salam and complete your salah by offering the remaining two rakats i.e. being a muqeem you have to pray complete four rakats.
