Q: How many times should one perform Istikhara salaah? I have heard that it should be done 7 times, also 3 times consecutively. If you could please clear the confusion. Also, when is the best time to perform the salaah?
A:The best time to perform istikhaara salaah is just before sleeping at night. After that one should sleep on a clean bed with wudhu. If one is still confused when awakening then one should continue reciting for seven nights consecutively.
