What happens to a person that dies whilst in the possession of Jinn/sihar after death?

I just want to know that if a person die while he/she was in a possession of Jinn or black magic……what will happen with them after death……will they be termed as Saheed…coz i heard that they will become devil/jinn and roam in this world till qayamat….

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

After a person passes away he goes in to the aalam of akhirah (realm of the hereafter) which is confined to the sole knowledge of Allah Taala. Consider the following hadith:

Kharijah bin Zaid bin thabit (Radiallahu Anhu) Narrated that  ‘Ume Al-`Ala (Radiallahu Anha): an Ansari woman who gave the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) that the Ansar drew lots concerning the dwelling of the Emigrants. `Uthman bin Maz’un was decided to dwell with them (i.e. Ume Al-`Ala’s family), `Uthman fell ill and I nursed him till he died, and we covered him with his clothes. Then the Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) came to us and I (addressing the dead body) said, “O Abu As-Sa’ib, may Allah’s Mercy be on you! I bear witness that Allah has honoured you.” On that the Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, “How do you know that Allah has honoured him?” I replied, “I do not know. May my father and my mother be sacrificed for you, O Allah’s Messenger (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam)! But who else is worthy of it (if not `Uthman)?” He said, “As to him, by Allah, death has overtaken him, and I hope the best for him. By Allah, though I am the Apostle of Allah, yet I do not know what Allah will do to me,” By Allah, I will never assert the piety of anyone after him. That made me sad, and when I slept I saw in a dream a flowing stream for `Uthman bin Maz’un. I went to Allah’s Messenger (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and told him of it. He remarked, “That symbolizes his (good) deeds.”(Bukhari-3929)[1]

It is clear from the above mentioned hadith that no one has the exact knowledge of matters pertaining to the akhirah and what will happen to a person after his or her death. Therefore, dwelling and digging into matters of the akhirah, that have no clear mention in the Quraan or hadith is futile and a waste of time. [2]

[1]عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ أُمَّ العَلاَءِ، امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَائِهِمْ، بَايَعَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ: أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ مَظْعُونٍ طَارَ لَهُمْ فِي السُّكْنَى، حِينَ اقْتَرَعَتِ الأَنْصَارُ عَلَى سُكْنَى المُهَاجِرِينَ، قَالَتْ أُمُّ العَلاَءِ: فَاشْتَكَى عُثْمَانُ عِنْدَنَا فَمَرَّضْتُهُ حَتَّى تُوُفِّيَ، وَجَعَلْنَاهُ فِي أَثْوَابِهِ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ: رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكَ أَبَا السَّائِبِ، شَهَادَتِي عَلَيْكَ لَقَدْ أَكْرَمَكَ اللَّهُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَمَا يُدْرِيكِ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَكْرَمَهُ»، قَالَتْ: قُلْتُ: لاَ أَدْرِي، بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَمَنْ؟ قَالَ: «أَمَّا هُوَ فَقَدْ جَاءَهُ وَاللَّهِ اليَقِينُ، وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو لَهُ الخَيْرَ، وَمَا أَدْرِي وَاللَّهِ وَأَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَا يُفْعَلُ بِي»، قَالَتْ: فَوَاللَّهِ لاَ أُزَكِّي أَحَدًا بَعْدَهُ، قَالَتْ: فَأَحْزَنَنِي ذَلِكَ، فَنِمْتُ، وفَرِيتُ لِعُثْمَانَ بْنِ مَظْعُونٍ عَيْنًا تَجْرِي، فَجِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: ذَلِكِ عَمَلُه

[2] وَيَنْبَغِي أَنْ لَا يَسْأَلُ الْإِنْسَانُ عَمَّا لَا حَاجَةَ إلَيْهِ كَأَنْ يَقُولَ: كَيْفَ هَبَطَ جِبْرِيلُ وَعَلَى أَيِّ صُورَةٍ رَآهُ النَّبِيُّ -صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -وَحِينَ رَآهُ عَلَى صُورَةِ الْبَشَرِ هَلْ بَقِيَ مَلَكًا أَمْ لَا؟ وَأَيْنَ الْجَنَّةُ وَالنَّارُ وَمَتَى السَّاعَةُ وَنُزُولُ عِيسَى؟ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ أَفْضَلُ أَمْ إِسْحَاقُ وَأَيُّهُمَا الذَّبِيحُ؟ وَفَاطِمَةُ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ عَائِشَةَ أَمْ لَا؟ وَأَبَوَا النَّبِيِّ كَانَا عَلَى أَيِّ دِينٍ؟ وَمَا دِينُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ؟ وَمَنْ الْمَهْدِيُّ إلَى غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ مِمَّا لَا تَجِبُ مَعْرِفَتُهُ وَلَمْ يَرِدُ التَّكْلِيفُ بِه ِ الدر المختار وحاشية ابن عابدين (رد المحتار ج6  ص 754سعيد).

يكره الجدل في أن لقمان وذا القرنين وذا الكفل أنبياء أم لا، وينبغي أن لا يسأل الإنسان عما لا حاجة إليه كأن يقول: كيف هبط جبريل وعلى أي صورة رآه النبي – صلى الله عليه وسلم – وحين رآه على صورة البشر هل بقي ملكا أم لا؟ وأين الجنة والنار ومتى الساعة ونزول عيسى؟ وإسماعيل أفضل أم إسحاق وأيهما الذبيح؟ وفاطمة أفضل من عائشة أم لا؟ وأبوا النبي كانا على أي دين؟ وما دين أبي طالب؟ ومن المهدي إلى غير ذلك مما لا تجب معرفته ولم يرد التكليف به (رد المحتار ج6  ص 754سعيد).
