Assalamualikum One of my relative daughter is ill from last 1 month. They showed her to doctors and then to various Mullas. They told them the girl is effected by the Jins and someone has done that. My question is that can someone do that? If yes, then the person who do that must be stongest one in the world.

Yes, magic and effect from a jin is a truth and it can take place:
وھو علم یستفاد منہ حصول ملکۃ نفسانیۃ یقتدر بھا علی أفعال غریبۃ لأسباب خفیۃ (شامي)
So, in case of magic the hidden causes affect a person as in other things the apparent causes produce effect. By this, no one can be strongest person of the world.
