i have just found out that i have hit puberty in islam and did not know… since i didnt do i still have to make up the prayer i missed ? ( it has been a year since i hit it but didnt know )
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Salaah was incumbent upon you from the time you attained puberty. You will have to make up all the daily Fardh and Wajib salaah that you have missed since the time you reached puberty.[1]

[1]صَبِيٌّ احْتَلَمَ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ وَاسْتَيْقَظَ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ لَزِمَهُ قَضَاؤُهَا (قَوْلُهُ لَزِمَهُ قَضَاؤُهَا) لِأَنَّهَا وَقَعَتْ نَافِلَةً، وَلَمَّا احْتَلَمَ فِي وَقْتِهَا صَارَتْ فَرْضًا عَلَيْهِ لِأَنَّ النَّوْمَ لَا يَمْنَعُ الْخِطَابَ فَيَلْزَمُهُ قَضَاؤُهَا فِي الْمُخْتَارِ (رد المحتار،ج2ص 76،ايج ايم سعيد)
