1. PLEASE TELL ME THE EXACT WAY OF SALAATUL KUSUUF NAMAAZ which is 2 rakaats read during an eclipse ACCORDING TO AUTHENTIC HADEETH and please let me know the exact number of rukku is it 4 or 2 some say its its 2 some say its 4 please let me know huzoor sallahu wa alayhi wa salaam (pbuh) way of reading the namaaz. Jazaakallah kairun.
2. Please let me know what to do when your husband has cut of all the contacts and is neither giving divorce or even doesnt want to live together and doesnt even talk and even when his family members do not want to contact. Its more than a year? And this is the second time its happened like this. The first time I used to always call him but now i tried but i am tired of all this ,my family members have told this time let him do the first step if INSHALLAH if he wants he will take you back otherwise leave to ALLAH subhanwatala what should i do AND according to shariat is my marriage still valid. Please help.

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
1) Salaatul Kusuf is a special Salaah performed during a solar eclipse.
a) It is sunnah to offer 2 Rak’aat Salaah during a solar eclipse.
b) Salaatul Kusuf has to be performed in congregation on the condition it is led by the Imam of the Jumu’ah Salaah. It is also permissible for the Imam of every Musjid to perform this Salaah in his Musjid.
c) The Qiraat should be made silently, however, it is also permissible to make it audibly.
d) There is no Azaan or Iqaamah for Salaatul Kusuf.
e) It is Sunnah to lengthen the Recitation in both the Rak’aats and to lengthen the Ruku and Sajdah.
f) In each Rak’aat there is only 1 Ruku and 2 Sajahs (like in a normal Salaah)
g) After the Salaah, the Imam should occupy himself in Dua and the Muqtadi’s (those performing Salaah behind him) should say Aameen. This should continue till the eclipse disappears. However, if the time of the next Salaah settles in, then the Dua should be stopped and the Salaah should be performed.
h) Care should be taken that this Salaah should not be performed in the Makrooh Times.
i) If the Imam does not attend this Salaah, the masses should perform their Salaah individually.

وهي سنة هكذا في الذخيرة وأجمعوا أنها تؤدى بجماعة واختلفوا في صفة أدائها قال علماؤنا يصلي ركعتين كل ركعة بركوع وسجدتين كسائر الصلوات يقرأ فيهما ما أحب كذا في المحيط والأفضل أن يطول القراءة فيهما كذا في الكافي ويدعو بعد الصلاة حتى تنجلي الشمس كمال الانجلاء كذا في السراج الوهاج ويجوز تطويل القراءة وتخفيف الدعاء وتطويل الدعاء وتخفيف القراءة فإذا خفف أحدهما طول الآخر كذا في الجوهرة النيرة ولا يصلي هذه الصلاة بجماعة إلا الإمام الذي يصلي الجمعة قال شمس الأئمة الحلواني فإن عدم الإمام الذي يصلي الجمعة والعيدين فإنهم يصلون وحدانا في مساجدهم إلا إذا كان الإمام الأعظم الذي يصلي الجمعة والعيدين أمرهم بذلك فحينئذ يجوز أن يصلوا بجماعة يؤمهم فيها إمام حيهم في مسجدهم ولا يجهر بالقراءة في صلاة الجماعة في كسوف الشمس في قول أبي حنيفة رحمه الله تعالى كذا في المحيط والصحيح قوله كذا في المضمرات وليس في هذه الصلاة خطبة وهذا مذهبنا كذا في المحيط

قال ( إذا انكسفت الشمس صلى الإمام بالناس ركعتين كهيئة النافلة في كل ركعة ركوع واحد ) وقال الشافعي : ركوعان .
له ما روت عائشة ، ولنا رواية ابن عمر ، والحال أكشف على الرجال لقربهم فكان الترجيح لروايته ( ويطول القراءة فيهما ويخفي عند أبي حنيفة ، وقالا يجهر ) وعن محمد مثل قول أبي حنيفة أما التطويل في القراءة فبيان الأفضل ، ويخفف إن شاء ؛ لأن المسنون استيعاب الوقت بالصلاة والدعاء ، فإذا خفف أحدهما طول الآخر .
وأما الإخفاء والجهر فلهما رواية عائشة { أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم جهر فيها } ولأبي حنيفة رواية ابن عباس وسمرة رضي الله عنهم ، والترجيح قد مر من قبل ، كيف وإنها صلاة النهار وهي عجماء . ( ويدعو بعدها حتى تنجلي الشمس ) لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام { إذا رأيتم من هذه الأفزاع شيئا فارغبوا إلى الله بالدعاء } ، والسنة في الأدعية تأخيرها عن الصلاة ( ويصلي بهم الإمام الذي يصلي بهم الجمعة فإن لم يحضر صلى الناس فرادى ) تحرزا عن الفتنة .

سن ركعتان كهيئة النفل للكسوف بأمام الجمعة أو مأمور السلطان بلا أذان ولا إقامة ولا جهر ولا خطبة بل ينادى الصلاة جامعة
وسن تطويلهما وتطويل ركوعهما وسجودهما ثم يدعو الإمام جالسا مستقبل القبلة إن شاء أو قائما مستقبل الناس وهو أحسن ويؤمنون على دعائه حتى يكمل انجلاء الشمس وإن لم يحضر الإمام صلوا فرادى كالخسوف والظلمة الهائلة نهارا والريح الشديدة والفزع

2) As long as your husband had not issued you a divorce, your nikaah with him is still intact and it will be incorrect for you to take another husband. Instead, you should contact your local Ulama body. They will assess at your situation and pass a ruling accordingly.
