a widow has requested that her will include a bequest of 1/3 of her net estate to her grandsons (sons of her daughter). would such a request be accepted in shariah?

If the grandson will not be an heir at the time of her death, the bequest of 1/3 of the net estate in favour of the grandson will be valid.
