Reading some literature it’s mentioned Essa AS will descend at the Jamia Masjid in Damascus. However recently listening to a bayaan by Ml Ismail Hussain, Ml mentioned that Essa AS will descend at Masjid ul Aqsa.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Mullā Alī al-Qārī Rahimahullāh indicates in Mirqāt al-Mafātīh that there are various narrations regarding the descending of Isā Alaihissalām. In some it is mentioned that Isā Alaihissalām will descend in Bait al-Maqdis (Masjid al-Aqsā), while in another narration it is mentioned that he will descend in Eastern Dimishq. And yet another narration states that he will descend in Jordan. The preferred view is Bait al-Maqdis. [1]
