If I have 3 Talaaqs left with my wife and I say to her that I give her the talaaq I have left not specifying one, two or three talaaqs does it fall as a talaaq? If so, Is it a talaq Raj-ie, or Baa-ienah?
Answer:
By saying ‘Talaaq’ only one time constitutes Talaaq-e-Raj’ee. You may revoke
the Talaaq verbally or physically within three menstrual cycles.
