1) Is a Muslim allowed to do bancrupcy if he can’t pay off his debt? 2) Is it OK to listen to Qur’an from cd while sleeping? What does it mean when one sees Resul SAW in a dream and crys? 3) What does Islam has to say about the medical form where a parent can choose the sex of his/her baby?

Answer

1. If you don’t have so much money with which to repay your debts, then it is permissible for you to declare a bankruptcy. However,it will still be compulsory for you to repay your debts.

2. To listen to the Qur’aan from a CD while sleeping is permissible if your intention remains.

3. It is permissible, however, we must keep in mind that Allah Ta’ala is the only one who decides the gender of the baby.
