Assalamalaikum Respected brother-in-islam 1.Can my husband pray the salat of awwabeen on the behalf of his dead father (may allah give him place in jannath).. 2.Are women allowed to wear bangles if no y. 3 wat is the reason for praying nafil namaz. 4.I live in sharing in a house, my owner is a muslim too and has given one room to a Christian family they have seprate cooking in the same kitchen..are we allowed to give or except any food if they give us.. 5.wat if someone fly in dream or somebody else fly in our dream..and wat if any one jumps from a height for example like building or mountain in dream. 6.where can I find information about life after death is there any site where I can get the information from.. Jazakallah khairun

Answer

1. Salaat on behalf of another is not permitted. Yes, the reward from the Salaat may be conveyed to the deceased.

2. Women are allowed to wear bangles.

3. Nafl Salaat is an optional Salaat. There is tremendous reward in performing Nafl Salaat. Also, the shortfall or deficiency of the nature of one’s Fardh Salaat will be compensated for by Nafl Salaat.

4. You may give your food to them. However, do not accept any cooked food from them due to the fear of Haraam contamination.

5. Do not bother about such dreams. Focus on the reality of life instead.

6. I am unaware of a website. However, there are a number of books available on this subject.
