I would like to know that if I excrete sperm and then it comes in contact with my clothes, I know that I will have to perform ghusl, but I would like to know that if someone else washes my clothes on which the sperm is on then would that person also have to perform ghusl?

Ghusl will not become obligatory on the person for washing the semen on the clothes.
