I have a question. 1. If one wears haraam clothes and performs salat with it does he have to repeat the salat?

Answer

Haraam clothes could mean many things, e.g. clothes were made of pig skin, etc. or clothes were bought with Haraam money or were stolen, etc.

In the first case, Salaat will not be accepted. In the second case, Salaat will be accepted, however, it will be Makrooh.
