Two girls in my office are unmarried and want to know detailed things about sex. What does Islam say am I allowed to answer these questions or not.

Refer them to some reliable Aalim.

Do not enter into such types of discussions, especially, where there is a
danger that Shaytaan may use the opportunity to spread his mischief through
such discussions.
