After my periods, I was not in a position to make Ghusl due to an illness. How do I offer Salaat in this condition, or does Salaat not become obligatory, until I perform Ghusl?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

In a similar manner how does this apply to men, if during their sickness, they become unclean?

Answer

If due to some illness, water is harmful and Wudhu or Ghusl will increase
the illness or delay it’s healing, Tayammum will be permissible. (Behishti
Zewar Eng Version Vol 1 Pg 100 Azaadville). One should perform Salaat after
making Tayammum.
