Assalamu Alaikum Rahmatullah Wabarakatuhu. Please refer to my question in the Details section. Jazakallah Khair.

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

Assalamu Alaikum Respected Mufti, when i was in schooldays, my school mouli sahib told us once that there is some duaa/ayath from Quran which if read and intention made to get up in the morning at so and so time, accordingly the next day morning, we will wake up to that time. I don’t remember which duaa or aayath he was refering to. Please clarify me in this regard as it would enable us to wake up without oversleeping for fajr namaz. Jazakallahu Khair.

Answer

A person should make all possible arrangements to wake up in the morning,
sleep early, prepare an alarm, etc. Thereafter, recite the last four verses
of Sura Kahf (chapter of the cave)

and Allah Ta’ala Knows Best
