Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

Muhtaram Mufti Sahib , Allah will reward you for your great services for muslims. In reference to your answer to Question #4003,can you please tell me if i give Qarze Hasanah to my brother, buy gifts for family and friends or buy jewelary for myself, would that be outside the parameters of shariah.

Answer

To give Qardh-e-Hasana to your brother, or gifts to your friends and family
are acts of virtue. Gifting increases love among one another.

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, ‘Give gifts to one another,
it increases mutual love.’ You may also purchase jewellery for yourself and
enjoy the bounty of Allah Ta’ala. However, you should thank Allah Ta’ala for
his bounty on you as well as give Zakaat on the jewellery according to the
laws of Zakaat.

and Allah Ta’ala Knows Best
