Hazrat we have a situation here where one of our relative had a verbal argument and in the heat of argument the man said these words to his wife. These words were said in his native language but i will try o translate it to the nearest. The words were ” Bismillah Hir Rahman nir Raheem ik,do,teen, mein nay tumhein 3 talaq se azaad kardia ” he did not utter the words talaq by itself three times rather he said ik,do,teen.. Can you please look in to this and advise accordingly if this was a valid talaq or if the nikah is still intact..

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If a person said “ik,do,teen, mein nay tumhein 3 talaq se azaad kardia,” then Talaq e Mughallaza (permanently irrevocable divorce) will take place.[i] In the subsequent statements of ik, do, teen, he clearly stated mein ne tumhe 3 talaq se azaad kardia (I have freed you with three divorces).
