In order to fulfil Islamic and South African law, what type of contract should be drawn up, i.e ANC or community of property, between a husband and wife?

Which of the above contracts comes closest to fulfilling Islamic Law? Who should I go to to draw up the contract? Please supply references from hadith or quraan. Jazakallah for your help, May Allah(S.W.T) reard all your effort and hard work.
