What I know is during Periods whatever a girl wear needs to be wash/purify. Is it true?.

Further do a person needs to purify/wash those heavy and delicate clothes as well which a person wears while attending a party? or if a person take good care they may not need a wash, because those clothes are not easily washable and have a high chance that they got damaged during wash. Thanks

Clothes worn during periods as well as during parties do not become impure if they are not soiled with any impurity.
