I am confused with my divorce if it’s revocable or not?

I got divorced few months back, but my rukhsati didn’t take place and there was nothing amongst us as well. I am confused with my divorce if it’s revocable or not, since there are two divorce decrees being made. One is a typical predesigned template of Pakistani law for divorce decree with mutual understanding, while our divorce didn’t take place with my consensus it was imposed on me. The first one was signed by my husband but never been delivered to me.

When I got the photocopy of divorce paper which my family got it changed with apparently original reason which was on wedding date. My husband said he has given one divorce to me, which is true when he called me to say it verbally he uttered it once only. I know in our case one divorce is enough to break our relation, and if the husband says verbatim ‘3 divorce’ then the divorce is irrevocable.

My question is since the first divorce decree is predesigned template of Pakistani law which states ‘three written divorces’ but he has uttered one and the second decree on which we both has signed does not have any such thing. So please tell me if there is any way for us to remarry except for halala, if our divorce is irrevocable or revocable?

Your question is unclear. We advise you refer to a local Darul Iftaa in Pakistan and seek clarity on the matter. Alternatively, explain your issue in more detail and find a copy of the template you refer to.
