I tend to take a long time performing wudhu. I make sure my wet hand
touches every part of the required limb. Am I mistaken for doing so?

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
No, however, it should not take long for one to perform wudhu more than the time it takes for one to wash the required limbs thrice.
