Payment from Insurance to Fix Car

Q.) A few days ago my car was rear-ended by another car. I got an estimate from an auto body shop. The insurance company of other party also sent a person for estimate and he came up with approximately the same amount. Insurance company sent me a check in that amount. Then I went to another auto body shop and got a lower estimate based on fixing the old bumper instead of replacing it. But even if I add new bumper the estimate of later auto body shop is still less than the amount Insurance company sent me. Should I return the remaining amount to the Insurance company? A.) It is permissible for you to accept the amount offered to you. You may do whatever you wish with the amount – keep it for personal use or use it to replace a bumper. And Allah Ta’ala Knows Best
