Forgetting to read Bismillah before Wudhu

Q: If a person forgets to read Bismillah walhamdulillah at the beginning of wudhu and remembers it during wudhu, will he get the same reward if he reads it at that time? If not, can he start wudhu again to be able to read the duaa? Or must he make a second wudhu?

A: He will get the reward from the time he read it.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
