What should one do with interest money in his bank account?

my question is that i have a bank account which is PLS based. usually on monthly basis i receive an interest amount on the balance available. question is can i give that interest amount to a needy second can i give this amount for building a masjid 

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

You may give the interest money to the poor and needy but not for building a masjid.[1]
