Can a gym be considered halal?

I want to start a gym. Is the earning halal?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1272/842/H=1433)

If it does not bear any unlawful, haram, makrooh or sinful act then it is lawful and the income earned thereby shall be halal provided any vicious and null dealing is not done.
