i m 25 years old, my husband divorce me 5 years back by saying 3 times talak at 3 different place, then i started living with my parent from 5 years, i have no contact with my husband from 5 years and now even i dont know where is he, i want 2 do second marriage what i will do, i have baby of 5 years with me,he even not seen the baby since birth,i m the one to earn for her, i want to restart my life what i will do? and plz explain me how 2 perform eddath?

The ‘iddah started from the time of the first divorce.Since five years have passed, the ‘iddah has finished, regardless of whether you were aware of your ‘iddah or not.
Hence, you may remarry as your ‘iddah is complete.
