I pray Jum’ah behind Hanafis. They are not facing the qiblah dead on, which is acceptable in their Madhhabs within certain limits, and is not in ours. They are off by about 15-20 degrees.
Have you checked the deviation between true north and magnetic north for your area? You may find that they are closer to the calculated Qibla than you think.
