Should we go for Hajj or wait for sister-in-law’s marriage?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Me and my husband have enough money to perform hajj this year inshaAllah, we want to keep our mother with us for hajj, but before going for hajj she wants her daughter to get married, (she is not engaged we are trying for good proposal), in that case can me and my husband can go for hajj, even if parents are not happy(father has performed hajj already many years ago) or should we wait till my sister in law get married.

You (husband and wife) must go to perform hajj and take your mother with you. You can handle the matter of marriage after returning from hajj. If you find any proposal before going to hajj, you can go after performing the nikah of the girl. Otherwise, you can go without it as well.
