My father-in-law is an advocate. my married life has been disturbed severely by means of court. a suit of crpc 125 is under trial and Interim Maintenance of Rs 1500 has been allowed since aug 2010. after all i given all three Talaq one by one within 12 month after to best try to resolve this relation by mediation of her relatives. but all went in vain. my question is:- my talaq is due or not.

If you gave the second and third talaq when she was in iddah, then all the three talaqs took place. Now you are not authorized for any more talaq.
