Is my wife’s claim of 3 talaqs valid, or can I still rujoo within the iddah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I was on holidays in Pakistan since January and my wife and children were in England. Due to some arguments I sent first divorce via skype to my wife in Manchester that I give you divorce on 12th July 2013 then I was ashamed on my act and did rujoo via skype on the 15 of July from Pakistan. Then on 2nd of August I sent her second divorce via skype knowing that it is going to be the first one as I took first one back on the 15th July. Then on 6th of August I sent her the third divorce via skype knowing that it is going to be the second one. She asked some scholars from England they said to her that it is 3 talaqs and you cannot go back but I say to her that no it is 2 as I took one back on the 15th July. I am very upset Allah knows that I had no intension of giving three as I thought I took one back so it is going to be 2 not three and I can rujoo within the iddah. I have 2 little children. Please send me fatwa so that I can show to her and ask her for rujoo.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

The previous talaq does not become null by raj’at rather it remains i.e. you have full right to enjoy your wife after raj’at with your wife but when you gave third one then all the three talaqs took place and she became mughallazah baina (fully separated). Now you cannot take her back. Your thought does not have any importance in contrary to the holy Quran and hadith nor can the ruling be based on it.
