I want to ask that last night I and my wife had fight? I was asking her to keep quite but she was still continuing shouting on me. Then in anger I took Quran in my hand say 1 time talaq and said if for 1 month she do not stay with me as per my wish then I will give her second or final talq Please advice?

By giving one talaq, your wife was divorced with one revocable talaq (raj’i). He has threatened to give the second talaq; it shall take place when he will pronounce it. The ruling of one talaq raj’i is that the husband can take his wife back in iddah period if he wishes; there is no need for fresh nikah or halalah.
