Answer:
(Fatwa: 685/685=M/1430)
By one talaq if you mean revocable talaq, the husband can take back his wife without Nikah just by a word or an action. But, if the iddah is over, or he gave Talaq Bain, he cannot get her back without new Nikah.
What do you mean by ?rectifying?.
