Sister was unmarried and died intestate. In her life her 3 brothers died leaving one brother only. All the 3 brothers have sons and daughters. Now who is the successor of her property? What is the position of living sons & daughters of the deceased three brothers in the property of the deceased sister?

In the question mentioned above, the brother of deceased sister shall be the owner of all her property. As per the question, the bhatija (nephew) and bhatiji (niece) shall get nothing in the property of their phuphi.
