Water Splashing From the Toilet and Onto the Clothes and Body

Question:

Asalamu Alaikum mufti, when using the toilet after urinating I completely finish and do istibra etc and wipe with tissue and then flush the toilet. I then proceed to clean myself with water, does the non-contaminated water in the bowl that splashes back make you impure? I do this way as I know impure water from the bowl requires cleaning and causes me doubts and lengthy process to clean so to avoid it I flush then clean but I’m not entirely sure on the ruling after you’ve flushed and then you are just pouring water onto the private parts to clean and the water splashes onto your backside. To clarify after flushing there is no urine or stool in the bowl just water which is used while cleaning oneself during istinja.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

If as you say the water that is being splashed back on you is pure and has no urine or stool in it then this water would not make you impure.

Only Allah knows best.
