Question: Do you get more reward going to your local mosque or do you get more reward going to a mosque which is more further?

Answer:
It is more virtuous that a person performs Salah in his local Masjid, rather then a Masjid further away, even though the congregation may be larger there. This is because his local Masjid has a right over him. If he goes to the other masjid, this will constitute to abandoning his local masjid.
