Is it permissible to name our islamic school “Al Quba School” with alif and lam?

Assalamualaikum

Is it permissible to name our islamic school “Al Quba School” with alif and lam?

It is permissible to name the school as Quba however it is perferable to name it without the alif and laam.i.e. Quba Islamic School.
