On Feb 2014 around 11am I was driving scooter behind me one person was driving scooter he tok overtak from me and jump from hump and one cover fell from his scooter I shought him nd horn he unable to listen nd he went speed tok overtak from other vehicles. I pick up that cover nd fallow him but unfortunately I miss him, then i oppen the cover ther was a cash 14,000 only thousand notes and two estimate bills of wholesale chicken centers whole notes wher pure in fragrance of attar then I mat my mama frnd who runnes the retail chicken shop he phone them they ignore. I had kept that cover save now what should I do plz guide How can I find that person.

The answer to your question is as follows:
You must try to find out the owner of the cover you picked up as hard as possible. It is a trust and it is your duty to give this amanah to its owner. The address on bill or scooter Number (if you remember) may help in this regard. But when you are completely failed to reach the person then hand over this responsibility to the police, they may succeed in the inquiry. You should also have a proof with you while giving it to the police for future causes if possible.
