if someone has performed Umrah in the months of Shawwal or Zil-Qada does performing Hajj become obligatory for him? if someone returns his home after performing Umrah in the months of Shawwal or Zil-Qada and then performs only Hajj in the days of Hajj, will it be Hajj eTamattu or Ifrad?

The answer to your question is as it follows:
Shawwal and Zi-qada are the month of Hajj, but performing Umrah or visiting Makkah in these months doesn’t make the Hajj obligatory upon him if he doesn’t have capacity to fulfill the Hajj. Moreover, performing hajj is obligatory only once in a lifetime. Likewise, if he returns home after performing Umrah, and then goes for Hajj the same year, it will not be Hajj e Tamattu owing to the previous Umrah, but it is hajj e Ifrad (without Umrah). For Hajje Tamattu, it is compulsory to perform Hajj and Umrah both in one journey.
