Man unable to keep a beard because of job.

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by DarulUloomTT.net

Q. I know that it is haram for a muslim man to shave off his beard less than a fist length, but if due to his job he is not allowed to keep the beard, then what should he do?

A. In this case, a person should try his best to see if he can get the allowance to keep the beard. He can speak to the higher/highest authorities of the work and can carry letters from Islamic Scholars to show them that it is a religious requirement. If this does not help, then he can look for another job that allows him to keep the beard, without leaving the present job. Insha Allah, if he is successful then he may leave this job. If not then he can keep on trying, while keeping his job (present).

And Allah knows best.
