Ref Q6307 – In Islam can a husband force his wife to live with his family without her will providing a separate room for his wife in his house while he himself not living with them for job purpose

First of all thanks a lot for answering my first question (6307) may God bless u all. 1) In my case for how long I can live with my parents.ref Q6307 2) Secondly who is responsible to pay for my doctors clothing’s etc my parents or my husband but I think that my husband will not give me any money as I m living without his will. REFQ6307. 3) In Islam can a husband forces his wife to live with his family without her will providing a separate room for his wife in his house while he himself not living with them for job purpose. 4) In Islam what r the duties of a women towards her in-laws is there is any verse in Quran or any Hadees about this.

Answer

1. You may live with them until your husband provides separate accommodation
for you.
2. Your husband is responsible for your maintenance.
3. No, he is not allowed to force her to live with his family whatever the
reason.
4. She is not obligated to serve her in-laws. Yes, she may serve them if she
is willing to do so.
