Can we pray Isha with an imam who does not pray Witr?

If imam of mosque does not pray namaz of witr after namaz of Isha then can we pray namaz of Isha with this imam?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 946/828/D=9/1439)

It is not compulsory to offer witr salah immediately after Isha salah rather its mustahab time is the time of Tahajjud provided one is sure to get up timely. Thus you cannot object Imam sahib if he does not offer witr salah after Isha, so this cannot lead to make his Imamat makrooh.
