In islam medical insurance is halal or haram? I live in Tanzania n here medical is expensive. I want medical insurance for me and my family. I want to know it is halal or not.

The prevalent Medical Insurance contains interest, gambling etc which are unlawful as per the Holy Quran and Hadith. According to Shariah, it is not lawful for a Muslim to take Medical Policy. Thus whatsoever you could arrange for your treatment legally do it and do not look towards insurance.
