1. Can I listen to Nouman Ali Khan Tafseer? And what do you think about bayyinah.tv? Can we gain knowledge from this site?

We don’t know Nouman Khan and Bayyinah TV.
Study the authentic and reliable Tafsirs which are available in Urdu for example, Mariful Quran, by Mufti Muhammad Shafi Sahib, Tauzihul Quran (Asan Tarjuma Quran) by Mufti Muhammad Taqi Uthmani, these Tafsirs are also available in English.
TV is an instrument of amusement and play. It telecasts immodest materials thus it is not lawful to watch TV.
Moreover, the information which are telecasted on TV who knows how authentic they are? Religious knowledge should be acquired from authentic and reliable sources.
