In a non-muslim environment where most of the public don’t clean themselves (ghusl.etc) Is it OK for a Muslim to use seats on public transport, as they are same seats used by non-muslims?

Answer:

It is permissible to use the public transport seats even though they are
used by non-Muslims.

The seats do not become impure by non-Muslims using them.
