Limbs drying before completing wudhu

Q: During wudu, if any of my washed limbs gets dried before I complete the whole wudu, is the wudu invalid? Suppose, after washing both of my hands up to the elbow, I wash my head and while washing my feet, my hands are already dried. Does it make the wudu invalid?
