The result of Muslims disobeying Allah Ta’ala

Can you mention the Arabic text and reference for this statement?

Fudayl ibn ‘Iyad reported:

“If those who know me disobey me, I would set upon them rulers who do not know me” [i.e Rulers who will oppress them]

Answer

Imam Abu Bakr ibn Abid Dunya (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration. Fudayl Ibn ‘Iyad (rahimahullah) said that Allah Ta’ala revealed this to a Nabi.

عن الفضيل بن عياض قال: أوحى الله تعالى إلى بعض أنبيائه: إذا عصاني من يعرفني سلطت عليه من لا يعرفني
